Istanbul/Tuzla Shipyards Region, DESAN Shipyard’s current pier and quay fronts were deepened by digging with Sea-I Dredge. Sandy and muddy settlements due to excavation were carried by 900 m3-capacity dropping barge supplied by our employer. Deepening works were also carried out in pile spaces in order that current pier piles into the sea would be removed easily. Dredged m3 amount is approximately 6.000 m3.
